A Bit About Me
As mentioned on the home page, I am currently a marketing student at Missouri Southern State University.
Born and raised in Joplin Missouri. And I am a part of one big, loud, and fun family (nine people to be exact, but who's counting). Spending time with family is one of my absolute favorite things to do.
Like most people, I love traveling. Whether that means trying new food (I'm a big foodie), seeing new sights, or simply spending time outside on new trails- I love it all.
Lastly, I love art and creating. My love for organization as well as creativity has led me to love all sorts of projects. The options are really endless, whether you're wanting murals or business cards, paintings or presentations, newsletters or flyers, count me in.

I currently work at Hope City Church where I am the family and student life administrator. My job requires using Mailchimp to send out newsletters, using Canva to create graphics, and using excel to track attendance and new students. In addition, I send out postcards, order weekly supplies for events, as well as contact businesses to plan student trips.
In addition to my job at the church, I create and design products for a team that works for Symmetry Financial Group. I make business cards, thank you cards, informational cards about their products, flyers, and even some of their presentations. I take their ideas and brand and organize it in a way that fits their look and culture.
Previously, I worked at the Joplin Greenhouse Coffeeshop, as a barista. Other than making drinks and food, I improved my skills when it comes to working on a team and with customers. And thankfully, I found a way to incorporate my love for design by creating the look for several of their seasonal drink menus, I even was allowed to paint 2 out of their 3 murals on the inside of their shop.
